Oa-- 3 to 6 inches; black (5YR 2/1) sapric material; weak medium granular structure; very friable; common very fine roots throughout and common fine and medium throughout; 4.0 LaMotte-Morgan; abrupt wavy boundary.

Oa horizon oxidizized rhyzospheres
