Laboratory Analysis for this Pedon Site Record ID: 1 Pedon Record ID: 1 Pedon ID: S07MA023001 Site ID: S07MA023001-Tihonet Description Date: 7/30/2007 10:33:57 AM Print Date: 9/4/2007 Describer: Al Averill and Rob Tunstead Site Notes:Text: The site is a former Kame that was mined to apparent ground water elevation and converted from a gravel pit to a cranberry bog/bed. The cranberry
cultivation has since been abandoned. Pedon Notes:Text: This will hopefully be a new type location for Tihonet. No clods were taken, only bulk samples were
retrieved. ESHWT was 4 inches. The largest diameter rock fragment was 15 cm. A tree branch was discovered in the 2Cg horizon. The branch was 130cm long.
