Oe-- 1 to 0 inches; dark reddish brown (5YR 3/2) mucky peat; abrupt wavy boundary.

A-- 0 to 2.5 inches; very dark gray (5YR 3/1) fine sandy loam; massive; very friable; common fine and medium roots and common coarse; 4.2 Bromcresol green; abrupt wavy boundary.

E--2.5 to 6.5 inches; brown (10YR 5/3) fine sandy loam; common medium prominent yellow (10YR 7/8) and medium prominent yellowish red (5YR 4/6) mottles; massive; very friable; common fine and medium roots and common coarse; 4.6 Bromcresol green; 5 percent subrounded mixed gravel and 2 percent subangular mixed cobbles; abrupt wavy boundary.

Bw1--6.5 to 11 inches; yellowish brown (10YR 5/6) fine sandy loam; few fine prominent light yellowish brown (2.5Y 6/3) and few fine prominent very dark grayish brown (2.5Y 3/2) mottles; massive; very friable; common fine and medium roots; 4.8 Chlorophenol red; 10 percent subrounded mixed gravel and 5 percent subangular mixed cobbles and 2 percent subangular mixed stones; gradual wavy boundary.

Bw2--11 to 15 inches; yellowish brown (10YR 5/6) sandy loam; common medium prominent light brownish gray (2.5Y 6/2) and medium distinct strong brown (7.5YR 4/6) mottles; massive; very friable; common fine and medium roots and common fine; 4.6 Bromcresol green; 2 percent subangular mixed cobbles and 2 percent subangular mixed stones and 7 percent subrounded mixed gravel; gradual wavy boundary.

BC--15 to 22 inches; yellowish brown (10YR 5/4) loamy sand and loamy very fine sand; coarse prominent strong brown (7.5YR 4/6) and common coarse distinct light yellowish brown (2.5Y 6/3) mottles; massive; loose; 4.8 Bromcresol green; 10 percent subangular gravel; clear wavy boundary. 2nd color is pockets of C-material; 2nd texture is texture of C-material.

Cd1--22 to 27 inches; light brownish gray (2.5Y 6/2) loamy very fine sand; medium prominent reddish brown (5YR 4/4) and coarse prominent strong brown (7.5YR 4/6) mottles; massive; firm; 5.0 Bromcresol green; 10 percent subrounded gravel and 5 percent subangular cobbles; gradual wavy boundary. Cd1 horizon is firm in place, friable when removed; Cd1 - few fine dead roots.

Cd2--27 to 38 inches; light olive brown (2.5Y 5/3) sandy loam; common coarse prominent yellowish red (5YR 4/6) and medium prominent strong brown (7.5YR 5/6) mottles; massive; very firm; 5.2 Chlorophenol red; medium rounded iron-manganese concretions and coarse irregular iron-manganese concretions; 10 percent gravel and 5 percent gravel; gradual wavy boundary.

Cd3 horizon has pockets of loose sandy material (10YR 5/3 color, loose consistence), pockets make up 40% of horizon; lower Cd3 horizon becomes sandy with depth, still hardpan material. Seepage in lower Cd3 horizon (130 cm), seepage flow through in sandy pockets. Color 5YR 2.5/1; color 7.5YR 3/2 -- color of concentrations.

Cd3--38 to 72 inches; 60 percent light olive brown (2.5Y 5/3) and 40 percent brown (10YR 5/3) sandy loam and loamy coarse sand; common coarse distinct gray (2.5Y 5/1) and common coarse prominent strong brown (7.5YR 4/6) mottles; massive; firm; few medium and coarse rounded iron-manganese concretions; 10 percent subangular gravel and 7 percent subrounded cobbles. Cd3 horizon has pockets of loose sandy material (10YR 5/3 color, loose consistence), pockets make up 40% of horizon. Lower Cd3 becomes sandy with depth, still hardpan material.
